My suggestion would be a very simple gold fringe belt. Very narrow and simple. You can make one easily yourself by stitching several layers of grosgrain ribbon together, tacking the fringe to the lower edge of the ribbon and folding the top layer over and stitching it down. Then attach hooks and eyes. You can add sequins or glue on rhinestones to the ribbon if you want or make the top layer from velvet ribbon or cover with other fabric. This very narrow belt could be worn over just about anything, even over jeans!
The other possibility would be just a simple rhinestone chain belt. Or you could add a little bit of random strands of fringe here and there.
