I'm redoubling too
I start a Flamenco class today (I was inspired by Tinah). It's not just for weight loss, I think it will help me with my "dead" bellydance arms and a little attitude for BD, but I think it's way more cardio than BD is.
I'm going back to regular weekly BD classes this week as well. I won't mention YET AGAIN how sick I am of being fat. Why is it so hard!
