I was thinking the same thing until I remembered that when I was 18, I was 5'5" and weighed 118 lbs. I looked normal then, but if I dieted to 118 lbs now, I am quite sure I would look anorexic. I need at least 10 more lbs. than that to look healthy. I wonder why that is...
