My theory ... your a dancer and your body distribution has changed both in terms of muscle fat ratio but also where the muscle and fat is. Also, as we get older our skin thins and the mature muscularity shows up differently. Some of the is hormonal and a huge part (most, I think) is still tht your a dancer.
I was 5.3 and 105 and felt great and looked normal, if thin, now it's 5.5 and 125, I'd like 115 again but I can't imagine lower than that, might even decide I like my 125 better. I am small framed so the weight are more than they seem.
