So what you are looking for is a workout DVD, not dance instruction, right?

I haven't seen Meera's DVDs yet, but I also recommend Sarina Jain's videos. They will make you sweat

There's also Honey Kalaria's Bollywood Workout, but I haven't watched that in a long time, so I can't really say much. And by the time I was really more looking for dance instruction, so I don't remember how well it worked as a fitness DVD.
