Third post in a row.... ;)
Any suggestions for those of us who are vegetarians/vegans? It's so hard to cut carbs out when they are 70% of your diet! I am already a committed veggie/fruit eater, but I eat soup for lunch a lot - pea/lentil or the like. Are these bad or good carbs? I get so confused. :)
