Lucy, you can do down dog, plank and cobra on the forearms. It's actually a great series for core & upper body strength, and a nice change from the regular versions.

Also any poses you usually do from tabletop position (hands and knees) can be altered with the elbows under the shoulders, forearms on the floor OR you can pull over a chair and rest your arms on the chair.
