I ordered two costumes at the same time and only one arrived. I paid for them in full when I ordered them.

The last costume I ordered in late May. I paid a down payment on it when I ordered it, but a month later, the visa bill arrived and I realized I hadn't paid for the whole thing, so I called and had the rep charge the rest to pay for it in full. Does that help?

So now, I'm waiting for two costumes to arrive, but I don't think the one I ordered in May will arrive before September.
