Just remember - stay on track - don't let the progress be a little worm in your brain saying, "oh, I can have that extra mocha now" -

this is my own kind of self-sabotage and I don't even know I'm doing it til I'm looking at the bottom of a venti latte cup or tossing a one-to-many skinny cow wrapper in the trash.

I'm being a tough task master to motivate you! :)
