Arabesque cookbook
Hi all,
Since all recent threads seem to be about food, and our relationship to it...
This past weekend I picked up a new cookbook that was featured in the local paper called Arabesque - Taste of Morocco, Turkey, Lebanon by Claudia Roden. I love all of these cuisines, so this was a great find for me. It is gorgeous, has loads of recipes that I am eager to try, and I was surprised by the large number of vegetarian recipes, for those of us looking for new things to do with our veggies.
