I suspect its a center-of-gravity issue. My body seems to lose weight first from my thighs & arms, then my boobs & hips. The belly is the last place I retain fat. But if I lost, say, the belly and hips first, I'd probably be falling over!
Right now I've lost my boobs, hips & thighs and I'm working on the belly. I look like a hot dog.
