Go to your Subscribed Threads page, using the Quick Links drop down menu.
Alongside each thread, there is a tick box. Tick the thread you want to unsubscribe. At the foot of the list of threads, there is a drop down menu asking what you want to do with the highlighted/ticked thread(s). One of those options is Unsubscribe.
