How long did it take for delivery the last time you ordered?? Just thinking it could be a language barrier issue and they aren't able to read/respond to your emails. If you've ordered successfully before then this order *may* be ok, you just have to be patient and wait for it to arrive. Kinda hard when on a deadline, I know...
