Go with your gut. I do this at the hairdressers - if I am not happy I tell them. It is their job to keep me happy :-) Actually, you aren't likely to order another custom costume from them at present, so it is in their interests to fix this for you. I suppose you need to decide if you will send the costume you have back to get it altered, or if you just want a refund.
