I agree that these are not "slight variations". Especially the bra size and skirt length. These are not really fixable. I would make a detailed list, starting with the sizing issues. Hopefully you will be able to return it for a refund or at least credit towards another costume.

If you reorder, I would specify the fabric details, and the bead/fringe colors and lengths. I have done that in the past with good results. The more you can describe what you want in writing the more likely you will get what you want.
