Ok well it sounds like he is mean, and the colon clense things is outrageous, but that is how body builders train.....I know from experience...it is not unhealthy, it is just a different mind set. She didnt mention breakfast or dinner....I eat 5 egg whites for bf a shake @10 chicken and brocoli for lunch a shake at 4 and chicken and tofu at 7. That is a body builders diet......sounds like he is just a mean trainer though......oh and the plastic suit is called a sauna suit they are used to help tone the body and get rid of water weight.
