Some other things you can say
"That sounds like a fair price but I can only afford $X for it"
"What is the cash price"
"What is the volume discount"
"I'll pay that price if you add X, Y and Z product as well"
As has been mentioned, don't act too keen to buy and don't be afraid to walk out.
