I've been on a diet since june 2006....its been kinda off and on and even though I haven't gained much between the offs and ons..I would just like to lose the rest off. When I started I weighed around 195 and I went down to 156! I weigh around 156 right now but I would like to reach 130..I would like reach 130 by christmas. If there is any tips or advice anyone could give me would be much appreciated....

My problem is after dietin for so long I get this urge to eat alot of sweets and I treat myself once a week so I'm not depriving myself..am I?
