Okay Sunshine-that party was a toughie. I worship profiteroles Oh those fluffy, creamy puffs of tastiness! I can't blame you for those. Load up on veggies over the next couple of days. If you can get rid of some carbs it should be able to pop your body back. How soon is that competition you're in?

Hubby brought home sweet corn and crab legs. Never mind that son and I had already eaten because he was coming home late. I had two dinners last night and 8 fig newtons! At least nothing was fried or laden with saturated fat. I'm back in the saddle today. Steamed veggies and grilled chicken for lunch.
