No need to apologise for eating cheerios ( but they are processed) I have a huge week spot for brownies and ice cream and it cant get more processed than that, but to loose weight and keep it off you have to eat clean.
Good sources of protine (not meat)
tofu
almonds
whey protine powder
fat free cottage cheese
those 4 are the best to eat when trying to loose weight other nuts are good too but not as good as almonds.
