I don't hate them, but they do make Bhuz so amazingly slow on some of the computers I use (which I cannot modify) that reading Bhuz is rendered an impossibility. I don't understand the need for flash when a simple format would make the site more user-friendly for a worldwide audience working on a variety of platforms/speeds/browsers.
