Yep, the "white stuff." I once went to a respiratory specialist for my asthsma and he told me that the only reason I wasn't diabetic like my dad and some of my sibs was that I wasn't fat enough ... yet! Suggested that I ditch the "white stuff." So I did and lost quite a bit. So we don't have any white bread, white rice, sugar, white flour, etc. in the house. I do love a nice fluffy biscuit with butter and jam, though. Ooooh, better stop thinking about it.

PS, for Labor Day I am cleaning kitchen cabinets, putting in new shelf and drawer paper, getting my measuring cups and measuring spoons out where I can find them at all times.
