You need protein for muscle and whole carbs for energy. And loads and loads of veggies to fill you up and give you vitamins and minerals. Oh and fruit and veg is great for your skin too.
I find that seeing a nutritionist has kept me on the straight and narrow. And the amazing thing is that after a couple of months of eating really healthily I just can't eat sweet things any more - they just taste too sugary. And the other day I had a McDonalds and I nearly threw up - it tasted awful!!! And I used to love McDonalds.

That is excellent advice, thank you!
I actually have done this and at least ended up with a good line up of vitamins, without which I think Hubs and I would be in a heap of trouble by now.
It's the will power at this point. I know pretty much what to do I just keep putting it off in favour of convenience (oh bad bad me). A heap of medication that I'm trying to balance out right now is messing with me a bit further but I'm really about ready to get things in gear. Tired of feeling floppy, ya know
