I seem to recall that you lost quite a bit on weight watchers a few years back. I'm down thirty and have another 20 to go. I'm a little nervous about the whole maintenance process. How did you do it? Were you just conscious of what you at all the time. Whatever you tells us, don't tell us about omentum.
