I just had a baby 11 months ago and though I haven't seen a scale in a while, I'm pretty familiar with my body and I would guestemate my weight at about 115-ish. I'm about 5'4."
I try to limit my drinking to water, wine or cranberry juice but if I really really want a soda I drink cherry coke zero. So far as I understand, sodas are one of the leading causes of obesity. :-P I've seen people chug those things like they were nothing! *bleh*
As far as food goes I'm a vegetarian. I eat a lot of fish and salad stuff. I have a Milano cookie addiction but I stay active so it doesn't bother me too much. I eat a lot of sushi, thats my power food. (Sushi and a sugar free red bull on performance days are pretty normal for me.)
I'm not really dieting but I sure dropped by baby weight fast. I think its all about the amount that I eat, I eat small snacky meals throughout the day. I'm fighting anemia and living with hypoglycemia so that factors into what I eat and when I eat.
