I think if you are that unhappy with the costume you should contact the seller and ask to return it for a full refund on the basis that she didn't adequately describe the condition. If you paid with paypal or a credit card, you can pursue a chargeback from them.

I think just leaving negative feedback without giving the seller a chance to make good is rather icky.
