canned, or sliced peaches in cottage cheese is fantastic....the fresh are better for you but the juice in the canned is yummier. I have lost 20 lbs since feb 1 (combine with excercie) but this is what I eat

Breakfast 7:00
1/2 grapefruit, 4 hard boiled egg whites, small bowl of oatmeal

snack 10:00
protine shake

Lunch 1:00
5 oz chicken breast, (boneles skinless) veggie,(brocoli, califlower etc) brown rice

snack 4:00
protine shake

Dinner 7:00
7 oz chicken breast (boneles skinless) Veggie

on the days i really cant function with out sugar eat 3 strawberries at lunch
