Yeah one pound below the goal I set way back when it looked like I would never loose any (March?) but I think my new goal is 115, or staying this weight but with a more toned midriff as I am less buff in that area than I was in July. All my trousers are too big (even the ones I swear fitted just fine before I put on all the weight) and I managed to wear a costume I haven't worn for about 2 years - still a bit of overspill but i think a little is inevitable if its tight enough to stay up and you have any body fat at all! I guess I should emphasise that this is loss since I started weighing myself in Feb/March time so a fairly sensible pace.
Sadly (well not sadly!) in a week's time I am off to Rome for 5 days and I suspect the pizza, pasta, pastries, wine and ice cream will take their toll!
