Annwyn, I can see how you lost a lot of weight, but that diet sounds so....bland...like....like....eating sand :(
I just had 1 cup of organic, unsweetend soy milk. For the protein, until I realized I didnt read the lable to see if it even has more protein. Im wondering if I might be allergic to milk, so Im giving soy a try.Hmm...7 grams of protein, 4 grams of fat. Can I assume its good fat?
