Is this really what you eat every single day? And if so, why? There are plenty of other healthy foods, what is the purpose of denying yourself some variation. Why eat chicken every day when fish, shellfish or tofu is also healthy? It sounds unbelievably boring, and where is your source of omega 3 fatty acids, and healthy fats in general? Just curious.
And just a FYI. Since we're critiqueing each other's food choices in this thread. Protein shakes qualify as a "highly processed food".

on the days i really cant function with out sugar eat 3 strawberries at lunch
