For general health, weight loss and/or muscle gain, Krista at http://www.stumptuous.com recommends 30% protein, 30% fat, and 40% carbs. Of course its understood that the fats are "good fats" and the carbs are "good carbs".

Lucy: doesnt that SUCK? I feel for you when you think you are eating well then to find out you really arent. Logging in your foods is a real eye opener and having to choose smart is so hard.
