Im really going to have to plan this out. I totally fell off the wagon and had, like 10 hershey kisses and came home and couldnt stop eating. Tho its wierd, sometime when I cant stop eating is when I loose more weight. Gah..its all so confusing.
Lucy: doesnt that SUCK? I feel for you when you think you are eating well then to find out you really arent. Logging in your foods is a real eye opener and having to choose smart is so hard.
