This sounds like a Safari problem. We recommend, if you have a Mac, that you download FIrefox and open up BHUZ using Firefox. Go to
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
Firefox is, generally speaking, the best browser around and the best to use for BHUZ. Google it to read more about it.
