I have a question! I used to make a lot of beaded jewellery and would love to try my hand at making a costume but I wonder if you can tell me what you use to make a fringed belt? Is it a tough material covered over with fabric or something? Sorry if this is a silly question but I wouldn't know where to start with a belt or if it had to be a hard(ish) material to start with to hold the shape?
Any help greatly appreciated! xx
