I am training for a figure competition, i think i posted that in another post somewhere, i do have variation, not just chicken, i do have tofu, fish and eye of round steak, as well as a few other veggies. My omega 3 fatty acids as calcium come in the bottle from gnc. Healthy fats come from the ocassional avacado. as for the protine shake....(foot in mouth) yes it is processed. but not in the same way as a can of soup, or a bag of potato chips are. There is no high fructose corn syrup, no red dye 40, no sucrolose or any other junk created after 1940. It is pure whey protine, and isolate protine, nothing else just the broken down protine to help build muscle. Soy milk YES is good fat. When im tired of whey protine i switch to soy protine
