Yep, Paxil is notorious for weight gain. Before I went on it I was told that there is an average 35 lb weight gain because of the increased seratonin levels. But it is still supposed to be the gold standard for panic disorder.

Glad that Lexapro works well for you. Adding Wellbutrin (which works on norpinephrin levels) has helped me immensely.
