I tried to make in Turkey but it's really hard to make because not everyone has their sewing-machine. I went egypt this year for Ahlan wa sahlan festival and ı bought some there for $20 thats amazing isn't it (not every seller can say real price :) ).
I can write you email address of that person ı don't if its possible reach them or not ı never order from net but they said they get order by email. Their material was really good as an designer ı checked several place to buy best quality.
