I personally gain and lose weight really fast. I am from Turkey, and most all the women in my family have the fat in their buttoms and belly areas. I lost a lot of fat since I started dancing and fitness in 2003. I do yoga regularly to tone and stretch, and cardio helps me with my belly and bottom fat. I really notice big difference in my lower belly fat if I diet and cardio. My cardio is only maybe 2 hour total of running/stair climbing and walking. I dance every weekend (but that really does not count anymore, trainer told me body gets used to a regular exercise style, you need to change your routine to schok the body), I do not eat red meat, and try not to eat much white carb. To tone my legs, I do squads, lunges, and ballet exercises for inner and outer thighs. It really helps to tone those muscles. Also jumping over Bosu Ball helps with tonning as well. I am so weak when it comes to chocolate desserts. I gained bunch of weight when I was in Hawaii, so I agree with you on Coconut Cream Pie...oh they have the yummiest coconut desserts in Hawaii.
