Hmmmmm....... a fire? I bought several costumes from Marta about two years ago and after a month when I didn't get it, I was told their "Atelier was broken into, the police were investigating, and they would let me know if my costumes were safe as soon as they were allowed back onto the premises.... I did get everything I paid for, and the quality was excellent,the costumes were fabulous, but the story about the break-in .... (there were so many complaints on ebay, they made their feedback "private" so no one could see the individual comments, only the rating! that doen't raise one's confidence!)
I did buy the story at the time and actually felt bad for them -- but now that I hear about a "fire" and all the other stories, I must be the most naive person in the world.......
Does anyone else remember anything about the alleged break-in? (I assume someone was trying to steal their designs...)
