The weird thing for me is that I'm happier on Weight Watchers. Y'know how they say kids do better with boundaries, even though they complain about not being able to do whatever they want? I'm that way with Weight Watchers--even though it takes a little more thinking, it's a relief to be accountable for what I choose to eat and how I exercise (or not exercise).

I spend a lot less time berating myself for my choices and I feel good because I know I'm making good decisions. There's a lot less of the guilt/denial thing going on.
