OK -- I just started a thread about what constitutes vulgarity in a costume ..
if it hasn't been discussed before, can we do it now? Not two camps with
one side being accused of snooty designer standards and the other accused of being unappreciative of artistic license .... I mean a real discussion of what you consider acceptable (even if close to the edge) and not acceptable in the most common venues. NOT TALKING ABOUT WHAT YOU CONSIDER TO BE "GOOD TASTE". I am more guilty than anyone about judging that, many times. (I'd never wear THAT.... you know, that stuff....) I learned a lot about myself on this thread -- it appears I have been incredibly judgmental myself.....(saw the mirror on the wall, yikes.....)
