Just got my copy yesterday (still in the wrap -- won't have time to look at it in depth until the weekend darn it! ). The name is "Arabic Rhythms & Combinations", so yep, combinations, like Dani says!

The backcover states: A look at 6 Egyptian rhythms (Maqsoom, Masmoudi Sagheer, Wahda, Ayub, Malfouf and Fellahi). Then this (quote following):

"Because it's not enough to recognize the rhythms, Tamara-henna discusses the kinds of music in which each rhythm is found and how you can use them in your performance."

and

"She then teaches several combinations that reflect the structure of each rhythm..."

Amir Sofi is the featured drummer.

Chomping at the bit to get to it (darn that day job! )
