Just got my copy yesterday (still in the wrap -- won't have time to look at it in depth until the weekend darn it!

). The name is "Arabic Rhythms & Combinations", so yep, combinations, like Dani says!
The backcover states: A look at 6 Egyptian rhythms (Maqsoom, Masmoudi Sagheer, Wahda, Ayub, Malfouf and Fellahi). Then this (quote following):
"Because it's not enough to recognize the rhythms, Tamara-henna discusses the kinds of music in which each rhythm is found and how you can use them in your performance."
and
