Oh Lauren--I'm so sorry you're going through a divorce. (Did I miss a thread?) I know you are so bright and talented that you will get through it, but, man, what a sad thing. Hope you're doing okay.
This seems like a paltry suggestion compared to what you are dealing with right now, but trashy reading materials (People, true crime books, etc.) and playing solitaire or online games sometimes shuts down my brain a bit and helps me relax.
