I completely agree with you on that danidance! stress has been killing my diet for the past weeks now and I've gained quiet abit of weight.....It just hard going to nine classes a day at school cause by the time I get home i'm mentally and phsyically out of it to were I just want to lay around and do nothing...and with the pressure of trying to keep all my work together and turned in were I make good passing grades it puts that uber great stress that makes me feel like I got to eat 24/7....one of my buddies said going to a nutrionist might help and I was wondering if that was true or not..could it help? I'm going to try very hard this october to get back on track and get some of the weight I gained off and maybe set and if I succeed I'm going to set a new goal to work for till new years.
