If you want full-color in small quantities, cafepress or zazzle or someplace like that is your best bet. (I'm most familiar with cafepress, they have special pricing if you order a quantity of 15 or more). The advantage to these create-your-own online stores is that you can set up the product and print even one at a time, let people order directly from the store without you having to set up anything, process payments, ship, etc. The disadvantage is that you're very limited on products available, where your imprint can go, etc.
If you don't need their online store, don't want full color, or need a large quantity then you're better off ordering through someone who does advertising specialties (my husband used to be one). This method offers you the fullest possible flexibility in terms of products & imprint styles available (literally anything you can dream of) and the best price in large quantity.
