Normally it does on a regular cruise/tour. However, when I looked into travelling to Egypt with Katia (
www.katiaboston.com), she only takes single travellers. You must be a dancer to go. I don't know if you end up having to share a room with another dancer, but I certainly wouldn't mind that.
Gap and Intrepid - two associated adventure tour companies - both do not charge a single supplement, as long as you are willing to share a room with another single traveller of the same sex.
