*does happy dance* I weighed in today at my Weight Watchers meeting...I lost another 2.2 lbs, and so that puts me at a total of -5.8 lbs in two weeks!!! Woo hoo!!! I'm so excited.
My new secret: I stop eating when I'm comfortably full. Sounds like common sense, but I'm the kind of girl who likes to eat and eat, and clean my plate, even if it means that I'm going to be way uncomfortable afterwards.
No more of that for me!!!! (or at least, a lot less of that has been happening latley.)
