This is great news and motivating! I'm still in a holding pattern but I'm trying! I've been waking up at 4 a.m. and then getting really hungry during the day - it is for sure related to weird sleeping patterns and stress.
I've got to figure that part out (er...it's called go to the gym!).
Retraining ourselves to stop when full and to make good choices are the keys to keeping weight off - I think that's one thing the Jenny Craig diet did for me too.
BTW, I think the stopping when full mechanism can be pushed - you dont' actually feel full until 20 minutes after you stop - I think that's why various people say to drink water 20 min. ahead of eating.

My new secret: I stop eating when I'm comfortably full. Sounds like common sense, but I'm the kind of girl who likes to eat and eat, and clean my plate, even if it means that I'm going to be way uncomfortable afterwards.
No more of that for me!!!! (or at least, a lot less of that has been happening latley.)
