circling the terminal

I'm in a holding pattern too, hovering around 180lbs.

This has been a set point for me in the past, so my body *really* likes it here. I've started strategizing on how to push lower, adding a sprint to parts of the walk with puppy, and am attempting to cut out all factory made breads.

I may be weird, but it seems like homemade breads, even *gasp* white breads fill me up much more than store/factory breads. I miss the local artesian (artisan?) bread shop that closed in August, their spinach and feta loaf was awesome, a real one slice meal! *sigh*

On the up side, the 12's are getting loose and the 10's are getting much less snug.
