So I'm finally going to be "brave" and join the diet thread! I need someone else to be accountable to. I've been doing WW online for the most part and about 5 years ago I lost about 50 pounds, but stopped before hitting my actual goal. I've hovered up and down a few pounds since then and have finally gotten to the point where I just want to reach my real goal.
I'm just under 5'6", don't know my measurements, but I wear a size 4/6/Small top and dress and a 6/8 bottom (depending on the cut b/c I have a booty and child-bearin' hips... no kids yet though and none in the immediate future). I gain weight unevenly on my stomach, and would love to get rid of my stomach covers... so that's my goal. Pound-wise, I'm thinking maybe 135-140?
I've been stuck at between 148-152 for the past 6 weeks and I'm really at a loss for what to do to get past this. My new goal is to get to the gym 5 days a week to walk at an incline on a treadmill and get back into lifting weights. I'd usually just go to dance and drill. I also teach classes/rehearse my troupe 3 days a week. How do you push past plateaus?
