2 pounds is really healthy though! If you lose more than that per week and it's not your first few weeks on a weight loss program and it's not the week after some major pms/bloating, then supposedly it's too fast. Congrats!
Lauren ~ I know what you mean... 2 years ago I was "holding" at about 145, that crept up real quick to 165 and then I've been pushing it back down from there. Holidays can be the worst!
